🔁 Returns

We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened hair or hygiene products
  • Used resistance bands or foot thongs
  • Customized or embroidered products
  • Clearance or final sale items

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Restocking fees may apply in cases of damaged packaging.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

🌍 International Returns

We accept international returns under the same conditions listed above. However:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
